The 3 hour minimum price structure is a deposit to secure the calendar date based on consecutive time for scripting, project building, and or consultation, to gauging 1 hour of event program runtime with :30 minutes of setup and strike as a staring block of pricing before extending additional time or equipment options. The invoice serves as our digital agreement and payment portal which is updated throughout the project or event to suit your needs with ease. New invoices are available upon request per agreement. Any work performed which achieves the project or event in less than 3 hours is non-refundable as it is a benefit to the project or event shall TJX Productions achieve the project or event goals more efficiently. All addresses must be approved as safe by TJX Productions before arrival to guarantee security policies and reserves the right to cancel and fully-refund the deposit at any time for any reason. Cancellation Policy
No purchase necessary beyond the 3 hour minimum as an initial starting price. All addresses must be approved as safe by TJX Productions before arrival to guarantee security policies and reserves the right to cancel and fully-refund the deposit at any time for any reason at our discretion. Any paid booking deposits collected will be refunded shall TJX Productions cancel is guaranteed. Refunds on a cancellation made by the paying client/customer is at the full discretion of TJX Productions for reasonable exceptions, otherwise, deposits are non-refundable in general. TJX Productions has a flexible refund policy to maintain client/customer appreciation.
